Many people practice Yoga for health reasons and others to create a balanced still mind, what ever your reason for joining a Yoga class is, I can assure you that if you come with an open mind, you will leave feeling refreshed and invigorated.
I teach Hatha Yoga which is integrated with asana (postures) and breath to explore the inner/outer techniques of Yoga that transform the mind and body, accelerate personal growth and illuminate one’s highest potential to find purpose and meaning in life.
My aim is to reveal the spiritual path in yoga so we can shed the ego and glimpse at our true nature.
My approach is a deep physical and psychological practice combined wtih Yoga Nidra that moves beyond a mere physical experience so we can implement this into our daily lives.
The ultimate aim of yoga is love, liberation and freedom.
